Nestor Nestoros - Chairman

With over 25 years’ experience in the shipping industry, Nestor Nestoros commenced his career as an accountant with Interorient Navigation Company Ltd., in 1980 where he stayed until 1982. Since then, he managed individual tailor-made ship management companies for overseas clients, providing management services in the wide field of international business.

Mr. Nestoros was a member of the board of directors of Oesterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management Cyprus Ltd. for 5 years. In 2002, he set up a crew management structure for providing services exclusively to the Wappen Reederei group which operates a fleet of 10 Scott Safety tankers and 4 container vessels with 4 tanker new buildings soon to be delivered. In the past, he has owned his own mini bulker and has participated in the ownership of a number of vessels. From 1997 onwards, Mr Nestoros has become an active participant in a series of turbocharger repair workshops now operating around the world in such diverse regions as the Middle East, the Far East, Europe and the United States. Born in Famagusta, Cyprus in 1958, he is married with two children. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, the Cyprus Council of Shipping and the Famagusta Chamber of Commerce.

Demos N Demou FCCA - TEP. Managing Director

Demos is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1994, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a graduate of the International Management Development Institute of Pittsburgh University.

Demos started in his professional career back in 1988 working initially as an accountant at 4 stars hotel in Limassol.
After 2 years he moved on to work for Ship Management Companies where he spent 14 years in the shipping industry, working as a financial manager for some of the leading ship management companies on the Island, such as Oesterreichischer Lloyd, Acomarit, Blasco Ship Management, Unicom Management Services, and VShips.
During this time Demos worked with publicly listed clients in both NASDAQ and OSLO Stock Exchange and was also heavily involved in new set-ups and systems implementation.

Between 2003–2007 Demos held the position of Financial Manager at Limassol Co-Operative Savings Bank Ltd, the largest Savings Co-Operative Bank of the Island.

Demos sits on the Board of several companies, both listed and non listed. For 5 years (between 2003-2008) he was a member of the Board of Demetra Investment Public Company Ltd, the largest investment fund of the Island where he was also the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
On January 2008 Demos incorporated Fidelius Management Services, a company specialising in Corporate Services and accounting outsourcing.
Due to his past experience, Demos mainly focus on providing support to companies operating in the shipping and oil and gas sector.

Marie Kameri - Finance and Administration Manager

Marie is an associated member of the institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. She is also a graduate of the National and Capodistrian University of Athens in Economic Science.

She started her career in 1998, working for Moore Stephens where she was mainly involved in the audit of shipping clients.

Early 2002, she joined PKF Savvides & Co Ltd where she trained and qualified as an associate chartered accountant in 2004.

During the eight years of her service, she was involved in auditing and supervision of auditing to both offshore and local companies covering various industries such as shipping, general trading, financial services, telecommunications, investment holdings,as well as publishing and health care.

In March, 2010 she moved to Fidelius Management Services Ltd.
